Talk therapy
We are experts in using psychotherapy, commonly referred to as talk therapy, to treat mental patients. In this kind of treatment, a licensed therapist meets with patients to discuss and work through issues that may be upsetting them or negatively impacting their mental health.

- Psychodynamic Therapy: It seeks to resolve conflicts and increase self-awareness by examining unconscious habits and prior experiences that may have an impact on present emotions and behaviors.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT): Addresses interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on relationship problems and social challenges that cause mental health symptoms.
- Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Includes meditation to lower stress and emotional reactivity while raising awareness of the present moment.
